The following are estimated turnaround times for orders:
- If an order is placed by 5 p.m. CST, then it will generally be processed and mailed or shipped the next business day.
- Please be aware of our holiday closures when the fulfillment of orders will be postponed until the following business day.
Orders Requiring 1 Additional Business Day
Please allow one extra business day for processing for the following products, add-ons, and quantities:
- All booklet orders
- Orders that include a Professional Review or File Conversion
- Orders over 5,000 pieces
