Uploading Your Mailing List
Accepted Mailing List File Formats
To upload a mailing list (My List Upload) for mailing direct mail postcards, use one of the following file formats: txt, csv, xls, xlsx.
Required Fields
The header row of the file must contain these exact fields: firstname, lastname, address, city, state, zip.

Either the firstname or lastname column must contain a name for every address. Both cannot be left blank.

You can include a company name below the recipient name in the address area of your postcard by adding a "company" column in the header row.

Address Validation & Checking for Duplicate Addresses
Addresses uploaded will go through a process to validate that the addresses are mailable. Addresses are checked for any duplicates. If any duplicates are found they are automatically removed (both name and address EXACTLY the same). We can only validate and mail to addresses in the United States.
Mailing List File Size
The file size maximum is 10 MB and must not exceed 5,000 addresses.
