Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order or individual order items that haven't left our facility for delivery, please let us know as soon as possible through one of our support channels. Our turnaround is typically one business day, so orders move into print production very quickly, often within an hour of order placement.

If the order or order item has not entered the production stream, there will be no charge for the cancellation and you will be issued a full store credit. However, if we have printed the order, your account will be issued a store credit, minus a 25 percent fee to cover the print waste. In addition, if our designers have already performed a requested file conversion or professional review, you will be issued a store credit minus those fees.

We’ll simply ask, “What would you like us to do to make it right?” We’ll gladly issue a store credit—anything up to the full value of the original order—to ensure you’re satisfied with your experience and the end product, no questions asked!

Notify us within 30 day of order placement. We are not liable for damages to orders or delivery delays resulting from USPS or UPS errors or inclement weather. We are not responsible for damages or claims incurred by you or your business due to defective or incomplete orders. You are responsible for previewing your designs carefully and correcting any mistakes prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors; inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images; design errors introduced in the document creation process; or errors in user-selected options such as finish, quantity or product type. If you wish, for a small additional fee, our designers will professionally review your order for errors and can recommend appropriate changes. If you would like to cancel an order that is currently in our production process please review our Cancellation Policy.

Question 5

EDDM Full Service vs Print Only

The "Full Service" option will have your order printed and mailed (with Marketing Mail postage) to the carrier routes you choose in the order process. "Print Only" has the pieces printed, bundled, and shipped to you. You are responsible for taking them to the post office and paying any required postage. Print Ready PDF's: CMYK & Transparency Layers

To ensure the best print quality and to avoid a delay in processing your order, our file specs require that you upload a PDF that is ready to print.

Convert Files to CMYK

We ask that all PDF files uploaded are in CMYK. This ensures that the color will print properly as our printers use CMYK toner.

Flatten Transparencies

If a PDF contains transparency layers it can cause the desired color to print in the wrong color(s). To print the correct colors on your PDF, especially when using transparencies, flatten the file and convert to CMYK. Non-CMYK, Pantone screens and/or transparencies over Pantone objects do cause problems and may delay the processing of an order or may even cause undesirable printed output.
