Mail a Copy to Return Address
When ordering a direct mail postcard, you can request that a copy be mailed to the return address you provide.
When you complete the Return Address section in the order process, you will see a check box to mail a copy to the return address. When this box is checked, one additional piece will be added to the total quantity of the order.Few readersRecipient Address Option
Mailings using the "Print Or Current Occupant" option will have "Or Current Occupant" printed below the recipient name. This will ensure that the mail reaches the intended household address and will not be forwarded by the postal service if the named recipient has moved.

Why do some mailings get delivered with smudges/smears on them?

Direct Mail Postcard Delivery Tracking Overview
You can view USPS delivery information on your direct mail postcard order by going to the My Orders section under My Account. Click on the order and find the the Items Ordered section. Under the Details column you will see USPS Tracking Report available to download in Excel or CSV format.

First-Class
When sending time-sensitive direct mail postcards, First-Class is the best option. On average, First-Class mail is delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are more consistent throughout the year than with Standard Mail.
